Good cooking is not rocket science here at Tuffbad. Basically, we do it according to a very simple recipe: we take a very large portion of fresh regional ingredients, a hearty spoonful of tradition, not too little of the soothing modern interpretation, a powerful scoop of passion and a touch of luxury every now and then.
