Once a week in the entrance hall of our hotel a farmer’s wife explains you how to bake the typical bread of the Lesach Valley.
Once a week our kitchen and service teams amaze you with a great 7-course menu. We meet at 6.15 pm at the bar for an aperitif and then have dinner in our restaurants.

Once a week we prepare a buffet with our local specialities, for example home-made filled ravioli, deer salami, roast pork, goat cheese etc. Let us surprise you.
Once a week you can taste different types of regional schnapps and get the necessary information from our distiller Werner Holzfeind from Kötschach-Mauthen. (To be paid separately)
Sunday morning has to be a typical Sunday breakfast from the Lesach Valley with various tasty egg specialities and a glass of champagne and salmon.
