The vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed at any time after contacting the hotel. Gift vouchers with a value of Euro 500 or above are specially packed by us with hay from the Lesachtal Valley and sent to you by post. The package also includes a hotel brochure, invoice and bank payment form.
Vouchers with a value under Euro 500 can also be packed in hay from the Lesachtal Valley and sent to you by post. For this, we would charge Euro 5 per packet.
