Biathlon centre. At about 15 km from the hotel the biathlon centre Obertilliach offers you the option to experience the fascination of this sport: once a week you can get all the necessary information about it and its required equipment (to be paid separately).

Ice skating and curling. Small rink in Maria Luggau where on request also curling is possible.
Torchlight hiking. In winter you can enjoy a walk with torches, a campfire and mulled wine once a week. (Offered only in winter, to be paid separately).

Cross-country skiing. Over 100 km of perfectly prepared runs for classic cross-country skiing as well as skating; you start at about 3 km from the hotel; the runs lead up to the biathlon centre in Obertilliach (cross-country skiing Euro).

Tobogganing. We guarantee you fun on our private tobogganing run which is lit until 10 p.m. and we provide you with sledges.

Backcountry skiing paradise. Both mountain ranges surrounding our hotel, Karnische Alpen and Lienz Dolomites, are a fantastic area for fans of backcountry skiing. On request we are happy to organise an experienced guide for you.

Snowshoe walking. Our wellness coach leads you to the deeply snow-covered region of the Tuffbadalm.

Skiing. At about 18 km from the hotel the family-friendly skiing area offers 16 km of best prepared slopes for beginners as well as advanced skiers. Skiing courses can be organised through the ski school of Obertilliach www.schischuleobertilliach.com.
