- Friday evening: enjoy a romantic 7-course menu for two including wine
- Our "Sunnseitn' team" spoils you with a herbal bath for two in a wooden tub. You choose between rose-lavender, aphrodisiac, rosemary-pine or balm-orange essences (ca. 40 minutes)

Hay time* on Tuffbad Alm
Every two years - this is the time it needs to grow - mountain hay gets cut on Riebenkofel at a height of more than 2000 metres. This is why it is so natural. Newest scientific research confirms an old tradition of the farmers in Lesach Valley: the essential oils of the many medicinal plants which have an especially intensive effect due to the height at which they grow, heal via the skin and respiratory tracts.
I recommend you the hay pillow for the following symptoms:
toothache, sinusitis, ear infections, headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, backache, migraine, heartache, sleeping disorders.
In order to intensify the effect of the pillow you can heat it up in the oven.
If you heat it up with steam the pillow is recommendable for gallstone -, intestinal -, stomach and kidney colic. If, however, it does not get better you have to contact a physician.
Attention if you have an allergic reaction to pollen grass: in rare cases allergic reactions can happen. Store the pillow in a dry place, shake it well before usage, and refill it with the original mountain hay from Lesach Valley every year.
